About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

2. Wearing Many Hats: One minute you might be planning staff schedules, and the next, you could be knee-deep in the garden alongside your team. This job is about leading by example and diving into all the activities our staff and volunteers do.
3. Creating a Home: You’ll oversee our Staff House, making sure it’s a cozy, welcoming place for everyone to kick back after a day’s work. Think of yourself as part host, part organizer, and part family.
